A little lapse in time since our last update but that is because we have been busy being tourists, eating, laughing and taking photos. Well Sandy is our photographer but when her card is full, (which at an average of 500 photos per day is often) Baz is her apprentice. Much time has been spent tracking down restaurants - in Le Mann everything was closed because it was Sunday, in Crombonde eateries were closed because it was Monday (but luckily we had a great host that was in the know and we ended up very happily fed). In Orange it didn't matter that it was Tuesday and everything was closed because we fell into an amazing restaurant for a late lunch that was a whole satisfaction plus experience. The next two nights were spent in Cavalaire Sur mer in the Riviera (wow how great is it writing that) where we walked the fore shore looking for a nice spot which to Gustate but yes it was Wednesday so everything was closed. Thursday, Friday...... But always we managed to eat amazingly well. Now we are in Italy, welcomed with good weather, as we have been lucky to have most of our trip, and today was spent negotiating quite easily the public transport system and enjoying the sites, food and wine that was on offer in the Cinque Terres. Good wishes to all and know every day is special.

Hi Bronwyn, you should have stayed with us in the neighborhood of Leiden where all the Chinese buffet restaurants are open on all mondays!!! Have safe days! Love you all,
